Maybe no one noticed, but my blog had a pretty embarrassing comment-spam problem. I've been busy lately — perhaps not too busy to post, but busy enough that every time I'd think about posting I'd halt short with the thought "no, no; fix your comment spam first." And of course I didn't have time for that. But how wrong I was! I just dropped in John French's Ruby on Rails Akismet plugin and poof! no more spam. Spamless blogging will now continue apace.
